The transformative wisdom of water
This ritual animates the ancient human skill to map a landscape with the body,
through storytelling and dance.
You are guided to:
〰️enter your inner landscape
〰️engage the archetype of the river through active imagination
〰️embody fluidity
〰️nourish the psyche and her natural capacity to move with change
〰️dissolve emotional pain
〰️shape meaning, memory and perspective through dance
〰️practice storytelling and deep listening as an act of taking care
