Sobriety asks a lot from us. Growing, grieving and rebuilding all take a lot of effort and energy. For many there is always a lingering sadness about the things, people, and behaviors we leave behind in order to survive addiction. This evening is designed to soften a bit of mourning-the-past with casual conversation, good vibrations and deep breathing.
Sober Sounds is a casual evening of socializing, sharing, tea and Tibetan singing bowls with the intention to replenish and refresh ourselves apart from regular meetings or therapy.
20:00 – 20:15 Tea and mingle
20:15 – 20:45 Casual (optional) sharing
20:50 – 21:30 Tibetan bowl sound bath
21:30 – 22:00 More tea
All are welcome; sober, sober-curious, in recovery, or simply seeking connection and calm.
We kindly ask all guests to arrive substance-free and to avoid alcohol or drug use for 24 hours before the session, in respect of the shared space.
